Uncle Milton Star Theatre Pro

Star Theatre Pro from Uncle Milton is one of the best way to make children understand and learn about stars and planet. It will make our room become our own planetarium. The Star Theater Pro optical star projection system is a sleek, spherical projector that transforms any wall or ceiling into a starry night sky.

The main projection unit is a modern-looking, plastic sphere that sits on a simple base, which swivels the projector easily and securely into any position. Once the projector is in position, the projection can be viewed as a still image or as a slowly rotating view of the night sky by selecting the rotate option on the main control panel. Other features include a timed shut-off option, a focus dial, an optical-quality lens, and the option to power the unit by AA batteries (not included) or AC adaptor (included.) The included planetarium soundtrack can be played on any CD player while using the Star Theater Pro to enhance the overall planetarium experience.

The Star Theater Pro is easy to set up and comes with two image discs, a Starfield disc and an Earth/Moon/Sun disc. These discs fit into the disc tray located on the front of the projector. Once inserted, the spherical projector can be turned to face any flat wall or ceiling surface. The focus dial located on the top of the projector around the optical lens can then be used to make sure the galactic image is sharp and crystal clear.

Uncle Milton Star Theatre Pro is Exceptionally cool........star theater pro, great for infants too!

This bundled set includes 13 books, a carrying case, and one Tag reader that can hold audio for up to 10 books at once. Funny voice-overs and cool sound effects add to the fun, helping children aged 4 to 8 years boost their confidence and their reading level.

This set includes:

A green Tag reader with USB cable (not purple as in the image)
Tag starter book
6-book Learn to Read book set 1, short vowels
6-book Learn to Read book set 2, long vowels
A carrying case, which can store all the books

There is a lot to like about the tag reader system. It allows children to independently explore detailed reading concepts such as reading left to right, letter sounds, letter names, etc. There are quite a few ways to interact with the story. You can choose to read both pages at once, a word at a time, independent letter names, word names, silent letters, sight words, etc. The pictures have sounds or dialogue for different characters and objects, which my daughter found really entertaining. Some books also include interactive games related to letter sounds and word families at the end of the book.

Angry Birds: Knock On Wood Game

Dont get angry!. Because it's bird time to get angry. Knock them down. If your child already played the video game, it's now the time for the real adventure.
See the pros and cons from the review
PROS: The rules are simple, easy to explain to younger children, and you don't have to know how to read to figure things out, so that's also great for little ones.
The birds, pigs, catapult, and the structure pieces all seem pretty sturdy. Plus my five year old likes to just play with the game pieces as action figures. We only got this game because he wanted some plastic Angry Birds to play with and this was the only thing we found that fit the bill.
The game builds coordination and (hopefully) a little patience in the best case scenario. But that leads me to the cons...

4.1 out of 5 stars  See all reviews (72 customer reviews) | Like(503)

CONS: This is more a downfall for folks like me who can't stand tedious projects :) but I get a little frustrated trying to build the structures shown on the level cards sometimes. They are supposed to be grouped according to difficulty, but some of the Level 1( ie: allegedly easier) structures are just as difficult as the Level 2 and 3 ones. There are some I think might be impossible to build at all based on the law of gravity, although my husband disagrees and says with enough balance they're all possible.

Neocube 216pc Magnet Puzzle

If you ever need long hour fun, maybe this "Neocube 216pc magnet puzzle" is your answer. The NeoCube is an entertainment device that’s as unique as it is multi-talented. The 216, 3/16” neodymium spheres make the NeoCube a puzzle with literally billions of solutions. But that’s not all…
Got this pros and cons bout this.

Pros:
-Horribly addicting. (Maybe a con if you're trying to concentrate)
-Extremely strong!
-Easy to craft interesting shapes with.
-Fun to create your own puzzles to solve.
-Great price for tons of entertainment.

Cons:
-I only rated 4 stars for durability because of the fear of losing some. I haven't noticed any scratching or denting in the spheres.
-Occasionally, I wish they would be a little easier to craft with, but not often.
-This may be outdated paranoia, but while the magnets are strong enough to be worn as a bracelet, I don't like taking them anywhere due to the fear of damaging any of my many electronic devices. It would've been nice if they came in some sort of case that would block out the magnetism when they were inside. I'm not sure if that's even possible, though.

Cards Against Humanity: First Expansion

Cards Against Humanity: First Expansion is Hilarity + More Hilarity = More fun!. Imagine if the family card game 'Apples to Apples' was re-created by Hunter S Thompson and Charles Manson on an ether bender. That's what you get with 'Cards Against Humanity'. Highly recommended to adults with filthy, filthy minds.

 Reviews :

I was a Kickstarter supporter of this game, and I have also purchased additional copies to give to friends. I'm a big fan. However, at almost exactly double the price-per-card of the main game (9 cents vs. 4.5 cents) I had some high expectations. I was hoping for some really awesome cards, with a very high hit to miss ratio. Unfortunately, after having mixed this expansion in with the main game and playing for a couple hours, it became clear that there were just too many duds. If I'm paying nine cents a card, I want the absolute hits! The best of the best! Not a card that has an icon of a ladle on it and then just the word "Ladle." This card, and many others in the expansion, feel too much like in-jokes that are probably hilarious to the designers and their circle of testers and just plain confusing to everyone else.

The best part of this expansion, therefore, is the blank cards. I humbly suggest that "Second Expansion" consist of nothing but blank cards. Then at least the in-jokes will be ones my friends and I actually understand.
